Bridgman Showroom

Mike Napier has been part of the Hannapel team for nearly five years, specializing in windows and doors at our Bridgman showroom. Known for his relationship-focused approach, Mike works closely with homeowners, builders, and contractors to help guide projects with strong communication, attention to detail, and product knowledge.

He takes pride in building long-term connections and creating a positive experience throughout the project process. Outside of work, Mike enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with family and friends, often alongside many of the builders and contractors he works with regularly.

Matt began his career with Hannapel at our St. Joseph showroom and now serves as Lead Designer at our Bridgman location. Drawing from his background in leadership and customer service, he takes a thoughtful and approachable approach to the design process, helping homeowners navigate kitchen and bath projects with confidence and clarity.

He believes successful design starts with listening and works closely with clients to create spaces that are both functional and personalized to their lifestyle. Family remains an important part of Matt’s life, and today his children, Madison and Zach, are also part of the Hannapel team, continuing a strong family connection within the business.
