EVERY STEP WITH HANNAPEL
01
Initial Consultation In Showroom
- A Hannapel designer greets the customer and discusses the scope: kitchen, bath, or another space.
- We review inspiration photos, rough dimensions, and any notes the customer brings.
- We walk them through product lines: cabinets (stock, semi-stock and custom), countertops, hardware, etc.
- If the customer is early in planning, we help clarify their style, goals, and budget.
Goal: Understand the customer’s vision, style, and needs
02
In-Home Measurement & Site Visit
- A Hannapel representative schedules a visit to measure the space.
- We check for things like ceiling height, plumbing/electrical placements, and any installation constraints.
- This ensures the future design fits to the specific space.
Goal: Gather exact dimensions and identify any structural details
03
Design & Estimate
- Our designer creates a detailed 3D rendering and floor plan so the customer can see the design in their specific space.
- We walk the client through cabinet layout, functionality, material options, and finishes.
- A formal quote is provided, including cabinetry, counters, and accessories.
- Revisions are made until the customer is fully satisfied.
Goal: Develop a custom layout and clear proposal
04
Product Ordering
- The customer signs off on all specs and drawings.
- We collect a deposit and order the materials from manufacturers.
- Lead times vary by product line (we advise customers up front on timelines).
Goal: Place orders once the design is finalized and approved.
05
Delivery & Scheduling Installation
- Once products arrive, we coordinate delivery to the home or job site.
- We partner with local contractors who the customer may hire and are scheduled accordingly.
- Countertops are templated and delivered by fabricator.
Goal: Prep the project for installation.
06
Installation & Final Touches
- Cabinets, countertops, and any custom pieces are installed by professionals.
- Final trim, hardware, and adjustments are made.
- Our team checks for quality and resolves any punch-list items.
Goal: Complete the transformation.
07
Project Completion & Follow-Up
- We do a final walkthrough or call to confirm the customer is happy.
- Customers receive product care tips and warranty information.
- We’re available for any questions or future project needs.
Goal: Ensure satisfaction and support
